Choice of GP Online Service Website

Ahoy.

My local GP has updated their old computer system that I used to re-order prescriptions and book appts.

They've given me some new login details and it looks like there is a choice of 3 different websites I can use:

emisaccess.co.uk
i-patient.net
and dimec.me

Does anyone have a recommendations for any one of these 3 or are they pretty much the same?

I use https://patient.emisaccess.co.uk , not sure why there seems to be a choice of sites.

My surgery has a link on its website to https://patient.emisaccess.co.uk too, I assumed that was the usual NHS access.
