..well it's nose & snot actually.

Just been out taking me first 'card'. For those sad enough or interested enough, here is about 1/16th of a frame 1:1 taken of my dog.

Was taken in RAW, f8/ 200th sec/100 ISO from a 1.4 50mm Nikor at about 2 feet. I then cut out the nose and saved as jpg 72dpi compression 1. No arsing about in PS.

Like you REALLY wanted to know that.

Anyway, it turned out at 780k, so here's a link www.stevecarter.com/d2x-dogs-nose.jpg

When I've taken some proper pics, I'll bore you with them.

Off to read the manual. See you in 2007.

Heard from Noble today... to tell me... err - that there is no further info on the M14. Hmmm

I'm on page 86 of the D2X manual.
