Hi, my 1984 2.8i Wedge has a broken exhaust rear hanger. It's a rubber block that the rear box hangs on attached to a chassis member by a U bracket. Are these available? Or is it a self manufacture job? The exhaust system is the Langford type with two front boxes under each seat well. Thanks for any help chaps. Cheers J C.

Hi John

Is the rubber bolted through anything?

Hi again Mark. Yes looks similar. The round pin is attached to the exhaust box, the end into the rubber block bonded onto a plate and attached to the chassis tube by a U clamp Is it a generic part? Cheers Mate. J C.

Sorry Mark missed the link, now on order from feebay. Thought I'd fixed the fuel gauge until fuelling this morning, now stuck at 1/4. Off to find some rough roads, easy in Devon!! Might shake it up a bit😂 Cheers Mark and thanks. J C.

Isn't the wedge one shaped more like a mini hump-back bridge?

In which case maybe ebay item 261449432149 but cut in half might do the trick (and you get two for the price of one).

Thanks Adam. Not too sure as half the rubber block is missing. All it appears to be is a flat plate with a square rubber block bonded to the surface with a hole for the exhaust box spigot. The mounting being attached to a chassis rail by an exhaust "U" clamp. The one that Mark suggested looks similar, we'll see on arrival. Between the two I'm sure it can be sortedcool Thanks again. J C.

That pic looks familiar Mark! Mine went at the weekend, ordered the one Mark suggested, not fitted yet, but looks like it will fit perfectly.
