My brother has changed the master slave cylinder and now the clutch won't disengage!
Anyone any ideas??

Use a pressure bleeder. They are known to need the extra shove of them when they get older.

You say he has changed the "master slave cylinder" but there is only either a "master cylinder" or a "slave cylinder" or are you saying he has changed both?

Yes master and slave...sealed complete unit.

Are you saying the master and slave are in the same unit? That doesn't make sense.

they come as one unit . the two cylinders are joined by a pipe and filled with fluid. a sealed unit no bleeding required. what were the symptoms before he replaced them. check the push rod from the pedal to master cylinder is aligned correctly and make sure the slave bracket isn't bent they are soft as slurry
