British Airways On Business referral code

[williaa68]

Hi,

Have a few BA flights coming up soon so was going to sign up for the BA "On business" scheme, which is like an add on to their frequent flyer scheme. There's a space on the sign up form for a referral code and, as I understand it, the referer gets extra miles. Am not sure if I get anything but very happy to do this if anyone on here is a member and would like the points:

Are you really sure you want to fly with BA?

It is a fair question and having recently flown long haul with Emirates, I wouldnt rush but there are some routes (eg LGW - AMS) where their timing and pricing makes them by far the best choice plus I am still a gold card holder (not for long) so I get lounge access etc.
