Hi All,

Need to order some Front Pads in a hurry and at the mo I have a Pagid Fast Road Pad but no idea what they are called. I beleive the Genuine Porsche Part is manufactured by Pagid?

Anyhow, I mainly do motorway miles with the odd potential trackday so I am after some advice for a pad that doesn't need any warming up before working properly but is a hard enough compound for the odd trackday?

I have standard Discs and Calipers btw.

Many thanks

Simon

I think the origional equipment is Textar pads.

I am running EBC redstuff ceramic on my 944turbo. Only done 200miles with them so far but they feel good even on cold stops and i am pretty confident they will be awsome once they are bedded in fully and are used in anger

I fitted EBC GS on a moded 944T (because the customer wanted them) worst pad I've ever had the misfortune of braking on.

Agree with both the above posts

Unless serious trackday usage (then we can start a religious war)

Many thanks guys,

Any ideas as to where to source the OE? Is there any alternative to purchasing from my local Porsche dealer?
