Aren't they an American company? It will be quicker and cheaper to buy from UK equivalents you would have sought.
They are indeed , but they may have a UK drop ship type warehouse. I may just paypal the cash to my friend and he can order it using his prime account.Edit to say , found it on ebay cheaper so i have gone there instead.

I've used them. The stuff is despatched in the UK and arrived promptly.
Problem is, you sometimes get a slightly different product, depending on what is being sold locally. I bought some 'multi-vitamins' (for want of a better term). They have about 70 ingredients - I'd used them before from a different source - but when they arrived they were packaged the same but only had 40 ingredients.
US customers were still getting the better product. I popped into Holland & Barratt who also sell that product (for 3x the price) and they too now had the 40-ingredient version. Clearly that's the UK supply now.

Bit of a backstory , i am happy with the old "mirror test" but life commitments/schedule haven't allowed 5 days a week training for a few years now.
I have recently changed to a new gym (hammer strength everything) that have real nice equipment so the weight training has been improved.I actually get sore now.
However a BF % of 29.x isnt where i want to be. I recently looked at a picture when i was 21% many years ago and obviously i have packed on some serious muscle since then ,so overall weight isn't a concern but i am willing to sacrifice muscle to get back to ~20% bf.
