ITV will "relaunch" the last remaining GSB station next month, it has been revealed.

The news of a revamp for Men & Motors comes just after ITV was named as the winner of the first vacant channel space on Freeview.

"Men and Motors is changing and will be relaunched as a shinier naughtier funkier channel in May," said a message posted today on the channel's official forums, which will be closed as part of the rebrand.

ITV is expected to morph the lads' channel into the network-branded ITV4 later this year, although whether next month's activity signals an imminent launch of ITV4 - or just a Men & Motors revamp to coincide with a launch on Freeview - is currently unknown.

I don't have it ATM 'cos of only having free view. Used to watch it at my brother-in-laws when he had it and watched a great programme on how to become a rally driver the other week.

From memory I think Driven was on there and various rally programmes

How about better quality car programming? Ie more stuff like Top Gear and 5th Gear (but not Driven!). When I had onPitiful I only watched a handful of programmes on that channel. And no I'm not gay .

How about having the cars test driven by lingerie models. Then they could test the cars by doing such things as driving backward and forward over cattle grids to see how much shock is transmitted to the cars occupants-how much 'bounce' there is.
