Having only been to Goodwood (FOS) once before I really do not think it's worth it. The visibility for hill climb is quite poor and you don't see much. It's good if you want to have a lot of new cars pitched to you.

Silverstone Classic is similarly priced and much better value, lots of racing, lots of cars, a great day out.

Goodwood FOS would be good if they went round the proper track

I've never been before, this will be my first time. I have sorted parking yet, any recommendations?

Those tickets 'start from' £132. Silverstone Classic is £70 entry (same as FOS) with access to any grandstand.

I'm going Friday Saturday and Sunday with some first timers which is always fun. I plan to take the 918 and park in the Performance car paddock.

We have booked McLaren hospitality which was great last year. Got to meet Shmee and everything. wink Anyone tried the Porsche hospitality btw?

Will be there Thursday and Saturday.

It'll depend on the weather whether I take the Cayman or not; slithering around in a quagmire last year wasn't fun!

I'll be there on Friday again this year - 993 turbo in the performance car parking area.
