Joolz (or anyone else!) Help!!

Joolz, I've left a message on your answer phone already but if you read this first can you help me?

My windows and doors have totally packed in, I've tried disconnecting the control box but that's made no difference, I've checked the fuse too and that's fine.

I'm due to be leaving Harrogate in about an hour to go down south for a couple of weeks with work. If I can't get the windows working I'm buggered. (One of them is stuck down.) Any ideas?

Have you tried disconnecting the battery for a few minutes?

just got back to work after a dy out .. erm might be too late then!

really have no idea atall .. would need sorting through te wiring by the sounds of it, might be an alarm fault, might be a control box fault, might be any one of the power or earths not there, might be anything!
