Alfa spider s3 rear wheel bearing oil seals
Discussion
Ok
A short history
My 1984 Alfa spider failed the MOT on rear wheel bearings
Changed them with a kit from alfaholics
Passed MOT
Then oil leaked everywhere from the oil seal (one side more than the other)
Got some new oil seals from another supplier and seemed ok now oil all over the floor again
Any ideas as to why they won't seal
Worn drive shaft?
Is there a trick or a way of doing the job I'm not aware of
Thanks in anticipation

There's no "trick" to them, just press them in then poke the halfshaft in and bolt it up. They're as reliable as sunrise and the worst you'll get a a slight weep from them even when they're worn out.
Could be that you have the wrong seals, 1300/1600/1750 axles have a thinner halfshaft than the 2000 so if you have the "small" axle but have fitted seals for a 2000 then it'll pour out everywhere.
