Sourcing Tuscan Slicks

Hi, We're looking to replace a set of slicks - Dunlop 250/640R18 B78DX Pattern.
Does anyone know where to source them - is Dunlop Motorsport in Brum the only option ?
Or do any of you racing guys have any new surpluss for sale (am i right in thinking the Control Tyre has changed for 2005) ?.
