Parts nightmare!

Just tried to fit a new track rod end and the part no TA687 doesn't fit! Completely the wrong thread. Does anyone know the correct part for a 97 Chim400 withour PAS?

Also tried to change the front flexi braks hoses and the HEL Performance TVR Griffith kit is completely wrong, despite being told it will fit!

Where did you get it from..? I have always bought mine from the TVR network (Harrogate Horseless Carriages to be precise) with no problems at all.

Got it from my local motor factors. It's definitely a TA687. It's aboiut 4 mm shorted than the original and the thread is different! I'll try and source one from the parts network.
