What's the situation like in Calais these days now the Jungle has been moved on?

Still very active, but I'm 99% sure it won't get out of control like last year. A bit intimidating when they run up to the van with a brick in their hand eek They'd just broken through the fence in front of us. I do feel sorry for them, the poor buggers

It was pretty scary last year. We were on our way through just as they were coming through the fence too, so we gunned it.

I was at the N24 couple weeks ago and we had no bother whatsoever, Didn't see one immigrant coming off the ferry or on the approach when we came back

It does thankfully look to be very isolated occurrences only.

Know and Daily Mail are rarely associated. The tripe in that 'paper' should always be read be a heavy dose of scepticism. Scaremongering bullst, generally.

ETA, if you want to know about a particular global or national situation, Id suggest other outlets. IMO.
