A growing family, wife, her son and most importantly labrador, meant that after 4 years my S2000 needed to go and we needed something that could take all 4 of us in comfort. She does have a mk1 Audi TT which will take 4 but very uncomfortably.

After a long search through various manufacturers I decided the only way to go was back to an Alfa Romeo. I'd had a 147 1.6 Lusso prior to my S2000 which I loved so started trawling Autotrader for one with the right spec.

Picked this up at the weekend. It's a 1.4 MultiAir QV Line on 18600 miles. I did get slightly lucky with it, the dealers had actually sold it but the buyer was declined finance for it but I was in the right place at the right time.

I like the look of these and may be on the maybe list for my Wife's next car...but the lack of foot rest on the manual car could become annoying?!

Nice choice OP. thumbup

They got the styling just right on these, and that is a great colour too!

That's really nice. I really like the wheels and colour combo.

I have a Giulietta too for almost two years now. 1.4 multiair engine like yours, but I went for the TCT. A few niggles aside (all fixed under warranty) I've been really pleased with it and for me nothing else comes close for the money in terms of looks, drive and performance. Keep it in natural mode for the commute in stop start traffic but put it in dynamic on an open road and it's a different beast!

Here's a picture of mine.

Nice, I had one as a company car, loved the revvy 1.4 engine and it was cheaper on tax than a Golf.

Looks are amazing but I thought the gearbox left a bit to be desired but its a beautiful place to be inside and you always have a glance over your shoulder when you park it up..

Was looking at these a few nights ago, they are getting on it little now, but they still look fresh and good looking, Interior and Exterior.

Good choice! We bought ours in March, very happy with it so far. Worth getting the 2014 on spec with the improved trim, DAB radio etc.
