TAG Carrera servicing recommendations

Apologies from a rare visitor to this corner of PH. I did a search (honestly...) but couldn't find much info.

I'm not a collector, but have TAG automatic '90s vintage that I wear every day that now needs a service. Keeps good time during the day, but often stops overnight and needs a bit of encouragement (like me..) to wake up in the morning.

Does anyone have advice on servicing options?

Absolutely not Tag UK, under any circumstances.

You could try sending it back to Switzerland, or use an independent. I have had cracking service from Variomatic on here.

Personal experience. Watch sent for repair, came back with a different coloured face, and the resultant customer service was execrable. So screw them.
