Looking for a benchmark Salary figure?

Anyone kind enough who can provide me an official bench mark salary figure from the likes of hays etc?:

Position is

Financial Audit Manager - Europe, Middle East & Africa.

5 Direct Reports.

10 Years experience

50% Travel

Position is based outside of London-.

Anyone who does have access to that sort of information - that would be great.

£70k to £80k plus car or car allowance and getting on for 10% annual bonus.

Depends on the sector but that will be pretty much middle of the road.

If you use Google you can normally find Finance salary surveys from the likes of Hays, Michael Page etc.

That sounds a bit toppy to me for the regions - I'd think more like £50-70k.

Its multi region responsibility plus travel and with the multiple direct reports I think you would struggle to recruit keep a decent candidate at £50k unless it really is market town in the north.

Sounds like a role in a big corporation so would probably map to a certain grade, and that grade would have a salary range.

Where I work, this type of role would most likely be available at two grades.
Lower level: £43k - £60k
Higher level: £51k - £70k + car allowance

Excellent pension & benefits package applies to both.
