A couple of beers and then home for a chill. George and Mildred are having a wallpaper debacle. Makes me realise I've never owned a house with wallpaper. Do people still use wallpaper? Show us yours!

Only one room has wallpaper; it is flat coloured in beige/brown. The wet room is tiled throughout and the other rooms are paint on plaster in a number of colour variations.

Legacy, it's the box room and we haven't bothered to redecorate since we moved in.

It wasn't original, just cut and paste.

We re did our lounge and I let my wife choose the paper for the one wall we put paper on, didnt like it but went along with it, then a week later, in Andy Pipkin style (He in the wheelchair on Little Britain) she goes "Dont like it",well tough st, you are stuck with it, all that arsing about removing the radiator and shelf, all that pattern matching, not to mention the price of it.

I have some cracking Shredded Wheat type wallpaper. Plus sides are that it never looks anything but the way it came off the roll, nice texture up close, looks like a light brown from a distance. I think it was put in in the Seventies, and still looks great. Apart from the Minus point, which is that the wall corners make brilliant kitten climbing frames.

Bought a place recently and the lounge has a combo of light green and darker green wallpaper.

I wasn't keen at first, but it's growing on me. I feel no desire to redecorate right now.

Daughters Driftwood wallpaper. (Looks better in the flesh).

And my bar room. Old world map and a bronze copper metallic paper either side. (Again looks better in the flesh). yes
