Site threw wobbly Finsbury failed to post

I just tried to post in the Finsbury Park thread - well I did post
but when I clicked return to topic it wasnt there
refreshed page still not there
Luckily by going back a few times in my browser managed to get to the post but I couldn't submit only preview
(Presumably it thought I'd already submitted)
From preview submit was allowed and the post appeared

Anyone else seen similar?

Strange! I'm no tech wiz so I'm not sure what could have happened, but if you keep experiencing it let me know and I'll ask the dev team to have a look!
