Identity of This Steering Wheel

This is on a Fiat 126 but does not belong there. I'm not sure if it is from another Fiat or an aftermarket item. Can anyone identify?

I'm no expert, but to my untrained eye it "looks" VERY aftermarket, almost home-made.

LOOKS like an Abarth, but I believe genuine Abarth ones have the word "Abarth' stamped into them, along with "Made in italy" on the back of the spokes.

my fiat 127 sport had one of those fitted, it was a 1978 model (70 bhp from 1050cc!)

Thanks for the answers. I hadn't thought to check the back! I have just taken a closer look at it does have the Abarth scorpion engraved on the back along with an engraved number which looks like 06 or 90 depending on which way up you read it. Sadly the rest of the car is not out of the Abarth mould!
