just wondered what people thought of the RJN Nissan 350z at donnington. early days for the car and seems to have potential.

its pace seemed ok but what happened to it? was it an off that finished its day early or something mechanical?

I thought it was very impressive.

Just missed seeing its exit. Watched it go past, looked back upto to Hollywood to seek the next interesting photo opportunity and looked back to see the dust settling (more or less).

Not to worry, I was too far away to catch the action with the kit available at the time.

What happened? Brake problem?

Spectacular off into the litter at the Old Hairpin, did a 180 spin and settled into the gravel with no injury about 2 metres from the tyre wall.

thanks, i saw the cloud of dust but didn't see what caused it.

Think it might have been brake problems which caused the off. Shame, but a really good first show. Love the look of the car and interestingly was nipping at the back of the Xero corvette for quite a few laps.

A few pics of the 350z. Looked great on the track and was pretty quick until it ended up in the gravel
