Tried getting Leven Technology to sort one but they have not got round to doing it. I suspect they are too busy or don't think that there is a market.

Does anyone want a flametrap/breather that fits onto the top of the rocker box on the drivers side (the cylindrical one)?

This could be alloy with a washable mesh, which would be better than that nasty grey tin thing?

I mean the big breather with the pipe attached on the front of the engine (rather than the rear). Apologies if I was not clear.

Horrible little thing at the front of the picture. (This is an old picture of my engine!)

Whilst we're on the subject of this breather, does it need any kind of maintenance e.g. washing out etc?

Does the car fly if you change the coil for a can of Red Bull?

Have a look at mine, a friend made it for me.

I took the washable metal mesh from the old, cleaned it, and used it in the new one.

I have had one dealer tell me it's a service item, but I am sure they are ok (until of course they block up!).

If Leven are not interested I can get a short run made up locally so let me know and I will get a price/spec.

I'd be interested in one of those. I contacted Rimmer and they claimed their chrome breather wasn't compatible with TVR.

Don't know how the Rimmer one isn't compatible as it's a standard Land Rover bit.

They could be confused, as their email reply wasn't that clear...

'Regret no cross reference compatibility to TVR'

I might just order one and hope for the best unless someone can clarify?
