Three Niggling Questions
Discussion
eggs i dont have an issue with just need to run the egg under cold water after its hard boiled, the shell tends to come off complete with the membrane underneath it.
the crumbly cheese i use an old rotary grater my old mum gave me . its kind of like a drum you put the cheese in , has a handle that keeps it in and and another you turn and fine grated cheese comes out, just been told by her indoors its called a mouli grater. its a cracking bit of kit.
As for the wee , no idea. ive often wondered why my wee changes colour when i go to the states, particularly florida, also smells like sugar puffs for some odd reason i put down to the water and the s
t they put in their foods.

You mean the Nourishment shakes that come in a can? The ones that taste just like condensed milk? Protein shakes have moved on since then lad!
I was thinking the other day that I have never, ever seen anyone buy one of those.Same with those "Supermalt" drinks you sometimes see in a newsagent's fridge.

Older eggs are easier to peel
Correct. How you boil them can also make a difference (I think dropping them into boiling water rather than letting them come up to temp in the pan...though I could have that the wrong way round - do a search on here as it was discussed in a thread of its own
).(ref pee - beetroot crisps are the ones to watch out for. If you forget you had some and go for a pee you'll be off to the Dr's pretty sharpish
).1) An easy way to peel it is to put it inside a glass with maybe a finger of water. put your hand over the top (or a small plate) the walls of the glass will crack the egg while the water will sloosh through the gap in between the shell and the egg white. so when you take it out it'll just come off super easy.
3) No idea, but I get it whenever I drink yellow nesquik milkshake powder.
