Your Glastonbury Fantasy top 10 ...
Discussion
I've really enjoyed the Glasto review thread and it got me thinking. Who would I like to see perform? This is regardless of whether they've played before. So here is a question. Who would you love to see at Glastonbury ( either by being there or on TV). Name 10 but feel free to add additional later when you think about it. I always do this. You know, someone says " name your top 3 albums of all time". Then you name them and immediately think of another one. Anyway, could be fun and we will discover new stuff along the the way. Anyway, here's mine for starters ( no particular order):
1. Gary Clarke Jnr.
2. Black Keys
3. Frankie Valli and the 4 seasons (could be tricky)
4. Spider Bait
5. Cheap Trick (for the stadium aspect)
6. Guns n Roses (although they might forget to turn up)
7. T Rex (tricky again)
8. Led Zepplin (although that would be far too awesome and I would actually have to go)
9. John Lee Hooker
10. Talking Heads
Actually, I could go on (I started with a top 5 then changed the header!)
As a bonus point, because I can, and I started the thread so I'm allowed, I would have Royal Blood back because they absolutely smashed it with their set this year.
What are yours? (I'm hoping somebody says Jane's Addiction)
And yes, I have a slightly eclectic taste.

Tricky one, seen a fair bit of awesome stuff over the years I've been going including Page & Plant in 1995 which is probably as close as you can get to seeing the actual Led Zep. In no particular order & I'm assuming as this is a fantasy list it includes bands that have no chance of playing due to most of the lineup having passed away....
1. Led Zeppelin
2. Pink Floyd
3. Queen (with Freddie)
4. Orbital
5. The Orb
6. The Prodigy
7. Radiohead
8. Bob Marley and the Wailers
9. Blur
10. Moby (closing set Pyramid stage 2003 was amazing).
Honorable mentions: Genesis (Peter Gabriel era), Black Sabbath, Ozric Tentacles, Chemical Brothers, Dreadzone, The Beatles, The Who, David Bowie, REM, Underworld, Iggy and the Stooges (2007 - mental!), Hawkwind, Suns of Arqa
