Hi Insurance Jon

Felt i needed to post on this as I feel somewhat underwhelmed by the service I received from you - this is no way aimed at the people you passed me onto at your company.

I outlined the circumstances of my situation and was assured that you had companies who dealt with people in my situation and it would be straight forward. What followed was less than straightforward and your company was unable to help - no big deal but you need to remember that the people who contact you via PH contact you because of the relationship you have via this site, so remembering this might serve you better going forward and at least having the decency to follow up personally with people your company cant help might score you even more brownie points.

thanks
Gareth

Hi Gareth,

Obviously I'm sorry you feel underwhelmed by the service, and we never want that.

Normally I do follow things up where I can, however I have only just got back from honeymoon yesterday and playing a little catch up......and if I had made any work calls during the honeymoon I would have been a dead man.

Would it be ok if I called Monday as my diary is rammed today for the above
