anyone good with stainless?

Trying to get a replacement piece of pipe for the Land Rover's cooling system as the steel pipe has badly corroded and I can't get it to seal so its weeping. Its got a P6 V8 with SD1 inlet manifold, rocker covers, etc. There is a rubber hose coming off the thermostat housing which connects to another hose feeding the top of the radiator. I believe the ID of the hose is 35mm. Would be simple if that was it but there is a tee off this pipe which feeds the carb block (they are twin SU's). I've checked the hose and it has "6.3mm water hose" stamped on the side so can only assume this is correct. So I'm after a 35mm OD tube with a 6.3mm OD tee, approx 100-150mm long, ideally with swaged ends.
Tried to find something but no joy with no I'm no good with fabrication so anyone out there can help?

Sounds easy enough, could you do a drawing with specific measurements?
I can possibly make it inbetween my regular work

Thanks Rob, I think its best if I get everything off so I can make certain all the pipe ID's as its difficult whilst they are all attached.
Need to change the stat at the same time so a good time to do it and I dont use it daily so it can be off the road a week or so, no issues.

No probs. Once you have all the relevant sizes do a little drawing so I know what's needed and I'll adjust accordingly to what I can machine to.
Materials used will be what's knocking around the toolroom
