I may have dropped it frown

It's now gaining circa 30 minutes per 24 hours. It came from Creation. Any thoughts?

You may have jolted the adjuster, in which case a bit of fine regulation would sort it.
Alternatively, the hairspring may’ve become bound – either way it’ll need to opened and checked.
Have a chat with Joe (Variomatic) and decide if the cost is worth it.

Mine did this and it was the spring problem. Sharp tap on the table and it was fine. Depends what the watch is worth of course. Mine was only a 5 and the cost of the service was the value of the watch.

Interesting, thanks, I hate to do it but I think I'll have to try that - as you say, it's barely worth the repair cost.

If it's one of the cheaper ones then it might not be worth taking to a specialist.

Download Clock Tuner app on your phone and adjust it, I've done it to my Seiko 6R15 when it settled in on +20/30 sec a day after few months. A couple of useful videos:
