Commercial and/or residential property - Cornwall

[Buffalo]

I'm looking at property in Cornwall, based around Helston area (although this can be relatively flexible). Criteria being good office space for growing engineering services company, with residential options. So either house with outbuildings for office space or maybe in town with office downstairs-residential upstairs.

Anyone know of a good agent I can put enquiries with?
