That's the scentence for driving under whilst banned.

He didn't kill anyone, so maximum of 6 months only. Out after 3. Out on a tag after about a month/six weeks, if he maintains a curfew. He looked daft on Saturday... they picked him, but he can't have been match fit - 23 hours banged up...

I can think of worse criminal injustice.

Has he actually been treated any differently than others who've committed the same offence?
