VW CC Question

Hi,
I've had my CC GT (62) for a few weeks now and something strange is happening.
1. Once or twice a day the climatronic system will stop blowing air through any vents. Even if I manually turn the speed up to max there is still no air from the blowers what so ever. This then seems to go away again on its own and come back again too. Not sure what this is...
2. In the process of checking the fuses under the bonnet, I removed a small square relay labelled "100". I then replaced it again and when I turn the car on now, it says "Optical Parking tool is not available" and on the dash, the Glow Plug light is flashing with the Tyre Pressure System light flashing too...
Can anyone shed some light?
