Touchscreen Monitor that Mirrors Android Phone Screen

I am currently using my phone for SatNav Purposes but the screen is rather small.

Is there anyway I could fit a small touchscreen monitor to my dashboard and then connect it (by any means) to my phone so my phone's screen is mirrored on the monitor (i.e. essentially making the monitor a larger version of my phone)?

Just buy a android head unit, it can do phone mirroring, or just download the apps you have on your phone on to the head unit.
