Hi,

Would appreciate some help and pointers from anyone in the know.

This year I have managed to drop from a 38" waist down to a 34" waist and have lost almost 4.5 stone so far.
Feeling much better for it and have done it sustainably due to a change in diet rather than a diet along with walking and started to build up to a bit of jogging over the past 6 weeks now the weights come off its getting a bit easier.

I am looking to try and tone up and start a gym doing weights. I do not want to put any size or mass on I just want to look more defined, muscular. I used to go to the gym and do weights regularly but bulked up and put quite a lot of size on and really conscious of avoiding this as its not where I want to be.

Any advice would be really appreciated. I start at 6am tomorrow morning and am going to go 4/5 days a week whilst keeping on with my walking and healthier eating

Don't neck protein. Ease off if you start getting bigger.
