Has someone ever done something to you that made you HATE them so much you considered revenge?

What did they do and how did you 'fix' em?

oh yes...many times.

I hold grudges until they're satisfied...and satisfaction usually involves retribution on a scale far outweighing the actual bother that they caused me.

I have a grudge against a guy from 1997 when I was at school that will be settled very soon and let me tell you I can't f**king wait

yes, i'm a nice chap, but once people let me down I just flick them away - unless they do something to me, then I get even

edit:hmmm...that sounds a bit psychotic!

Well, not to me directly, though I had to pick up the pieces... but back in the days when I still had some feelings for She Who Must Not Be Mentioned, She had parked her car in the lane at the rear of her house. There was a row of garages; one of them was used by a young lad with a psycho for a mother. One morning, She was woken by shouting from the garages. Next thing, there's a banging on the door. Lad's mother screaming about how her boy couldn't get his BMW out to go to college because the ex's car is 'blocking' the access. Utter bollox of course, laddo just can't drive. So at a leisurely pace, She gets dressed and goes out... to find nobody around, but her car's moved 50 feet and the quarterlight is broken. Well well.
So, I fix the broken window and time passes.
Six months later I've been round to see the ex and am leaving to go home. Earlier in the evening I spotted laddo putting his sh!theap in the garage.
In the glovebox of my car, waiting for this moment, is a tube of Loctite threadlock adhesive. I empty the entire tube into the padlocks on laddo's garage. The lock hasps were installed right up in the top corners of the garage door for better security, reduced access for tools etc.
Next morning, laddo comes out and (unsurprisingly) can't get the locks off. He snaps at least one key trying. Shortly thereafter, psycho-mother is standing in the street screaming at all the neighbours. It took laddo and his (?)uncle four hours with a junior hacksaw, taking it in turns to stand on a chair and cut the locks off.
A few days later, She is in the local paper-shop when psycho-woman enters. She makes a beeline for the ex and demands to know if She has 'had any trouble with her locks'.
'None at all', She replies and saunters off...

Well, I smashed up my ex-husband's Doohan Arai which cost over £300 with a hammer because he showed my personal diary to some friends during our divorce.

I've only ever done one thing from sheer spite and bitterness, and it shall never be mentioned on here!

I did something very personal to someones toothbrush once.... I hope he liked the taste

He got off very very lightly... I had my sledge out and sat outside his house all one night. Had there not been kids in there

My neighbour shot my cat with an air rifle. The cat had a very slow death as even the vet didn't know what was wrong with him. There was no blood etc. This will leave for me forever. He said it was an accident.
This happened about 8 years ago.
But I have always said that revenge is best served cold.
He will get whats coming to him. Trust me.

Not quite my own story of revenge, but a friend of mines.......

His grandmother lives in a council estate near him, and a very unsavoury family moved in next door to her and within a week had made her life unbearable with loud music, leaving rubbish on her lawn, being abusive to her and all kinds of other unmentionables.

My friend and his father not being the most level headed of people decided that a taste of their own southwales valleys medicine was in need of administering.

Everytime they visit grandma, they throw the litter back over the wall park their cars blocking in next doors and make sure they do some kind of incredibly noisy diy when they are there.

This escalated so that when the neighbours were on the road, and saw my friend or his dad they would try and run them off the road. NOT CLEVER considering they were driving a Vintage Ford Orion, and my friend has a Land Rover Defender and his dad a very powerful old Range Rover with bull bars, and being farmers they have 2 very big tractors also.

So firstly they used both the land rover and range rover in the dead of night to push their orion into a small river and upon their purchase of a newer orion, a meeting on a very narrow road saw 'by accident' the front of this new car with a very large tyre print, tractor style, in it. BTW, they couldn't afford insurance, so its still there!

Its not big and its not clever, but then neither is terrifying an elderly lady!

They have since moved back to the valleys, and that suits everyone just fine.

Headbutted square in the face someone who made my life misery for months on end.

Not very clever, subtle or sophisticated I agree, but immensely satisfying at the time. Absolutely no regret.

Yes, I have taken revenge on a few people. Not a good idea to explain any of it in writing though.

Lets just say the accounts in question are now closed having been repaid in full with interest.

Not through my own actions but I have also seen karma in action on more than a few occasions and how true it is.

One of the most satisfying instances was when I bumped into a worm who tried their best to make my school life hell. He was from a very rich family and was at the local Mags being committed to Crown Court for trial for arson with intent, bail application was refused. Hope he forgot his soap-on-a-rope.

Quite. I always remember what a French guy said to me when I poured a gallon of water on him from the 4th floor window of my Halls...

'Vengeance est un froid mieux mange de repas'

I'm still waiting though.....
