718 Cayman S - Clucth pedal
Discussion
Please to say I collected my 718 CS yesterday.
Early days but I'm very happy with it regardless of other people opinions.
After a decent initial drive I've noticed there seems to be a fair amount of slack or dead travel in the movement of the clutch pedal. You get an initial amount of slack taken up before you get into the weight of the clutch when you press down and then you feel it when you release as well.
I don't remember such feeling on the test drives or PEC day. I will of course return to dealer to have it checked but anyone else got a manual and who can comment on this or who may have experienced similar?
Thx

Have driven a manual CS for 3k miles since March. Have not noticed anything untoward in clutch pedal travel.Early days but I'm very happy with it regardless of other people opinions.

I haven't taken mental note of the point at which the clutch bites, suffice to say that it certainly feels right and I would notice if there was any slack or dead travel ...
I'll pay particular attention to the clutch movement when I get the car out this weekend.
