Notify Me Of Replies

I started a thread and, although I'm pretty sure I didn't (I don't even know how to), it seems I chose to be notified by email when somebody replies.

How do I turn it off?

Jack I don't think a user can turn it off. I've got a few mod tools and even I can't do it.

Not needed if the thread only gets a few replies, but start an active thread & emails go into overload...

Most of what I post gets ignored by the majority, so I'm not expecting that many replies...

It's gone pretty quiet now, so not a major problem, although I think the option to cancel the notification could be useful.

I agree - however I've never been daft enough to think that on a busy forum like PH it would be a good idea to select that as an option.......

Well I agree it would be nice to "remove"

It's kind of a funny function - I guess it would appeal to people who spend little time on forums - you are notified in "my stuff" if there has been a new post in a thread you participated in or started
