Rolling TV solution for reception area

To give you some background, we're a training provider and we have courses running Mon - Fri which are 0.5/1/2 days in length over the week.

We have a reception area where the customers gather before their training starts, and another area within the training facility that they use for breaks. Each area has a terrestrial TV and currently it has some corporate video playing loop via USB which isn't interesting nor attention grabbing.

I'm wanting to promote our upcoming courses to the customers in reception and also during the breaks.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

The best bet would be an android tv box/stick with a digital signage app installed I would think.

How about create a powerpoint displaying all your other courses etc, convert to mp4, stick on a USB drive and set to run on a loop.

One question is: We'd like terrestrial TV to play on the TV also but at the moment there is no aerial going in to any of the TVs we're looking to use. Is there any way that an Android app or attachment could be used for us to receive terrestrial TV channels?

Please excuse my inane questioning, I really have no clue and I'm confused by the options.

If I were to get onsign.tv would I need an Android box per TV that we'll be using?
Also how would the onsign.tv app know that the TV input would be through Mobdro?

I used to think I was quite savvy with technology but I'm way out of my depth here :lol:

sorry I didn't read your other post properly, as far as i understand the tv input can only be assigned to an HDMI input on your android box (from a freeview/sky box) no way to link to an IPTV player app. so some sort of aerial/dish looks like the only option.

oh and if you can live without the live tv (no hdmi in), I would recommend a firestick, small reliable and cheap
