It's a good point. I've resorted to writing teaspoon/tablespoons next to the recipes in pencil. Although to be fair buying a set of American cups is pretty straightforward. Comes with the territory I suppose!

I can deal with Fahrenheit but I really hate measuring stuff in cups. To be honest the real issue is I hate measuring stuff by volume when it's avoidable. Especially when making up BBQ sauce and you're measuring out sticky stuff and then trying to get it out of the measuring cups. Aaargh. Mess and waste. Just tell me the weight and I'll put a bowl on my scales and tip stuff in
