Not seen this before, but haven't updated mine for a while. Not many types of cost, "upgrades" (or "tinkering"!) would be useful.

Is the intention to summarise by these types?

Any chance of defaulting all previously entered costs to maintenance, as the bulk will be that. Only I've got a lot to change otherwise!

I really do need to get a life.
