A year to repair a friends car

[hunton69]

A friend of mine had his 65 plate mercedes viano smashed up the rear last July. He is a Private Hire driver and was given a replacement vehicle (a ford) roll on 1 year and he still hasnt got it back. Is that a record for the longest repair job
