Inflatable fishing dinghy, electric outboard feasibility?

Hi,

I've bought a 2nd hand inflatable dinghy for a fresh water fishing trip next year. It is a specific fishing boat (JRC 235) and has a gransom mount to take an outboard. I wasn't planning on using an outboard as won't be going too far in it (150/200 yards range & back to bank max) so figured i'd be OK to row.

However, i have seen a small electric outboard, model is Watersnake ASP t18, it's light, small, cheap and seems, from what i can see, reliable. Amp draw looks fairly low 7 - 15 amps depending on speed. Here's the crunch, where we are going there is no power source, so any battery to run the outboard i'd have to charge via solar, if this is possible.

So, what kind of battery could I get away with using (don't want to spend much) and could I feasibly keep one topped up for a week (assuming some brightish conditions) off, say, a 4 watt solar panel that's plugged in everytime boat is not in use? I don't see the need to run motor at full speed, it's simply to replace having to row so i could perhaps manage holding my rod (Ooer!) a little easier.
