Camera internals move when gently shook - normal?

Is this normal? Bought a new Sony A5000 today and noticed when it gently shake the camera it feels like its internal wobble a bit like somethings moving inside the body/casing - is this normal?

might be the camera / lens optical stabiliser ?

Some Sony lenses rattle like a bd until the power is on. See if the noise continues when powered up. If not, don't worry.

I took the lens off and that was it.

When I say shake I meant gently rock hahaha

Totally normal for a number of lenses. I wouldn't worry about it unless you have reason to believe it's faulty.
