He said it can't easily be done and that it can cause problems - he's absolutely right, it's not an easy process to fully delete everything, but we have to play by the rules if someone wants their posts gone

Not true to be fair, there isn't a problem with a mass deletion of 44 posts, the problems can arise when the post count goes into 1000's.

Bear in mind your quotes will still probably be on Google's cached version of the pages, so anyone wanting to read your posts can still do so if the thread has been cached.
