Picked up my Cayman today
Discussion
This is my first Porsche, and it's a 2010 model, so not quite as exciting as all you guys taking delivery of your 718s, but I'm really happy.
Only drive so far was to bring it home, and the majority of that was on the car park ring road, otherwise known as the M25, but first impressions are very favourable. Just need to finish my cup of tea now, and then it's homework time to read the manual and work out what all the buttons and gadgets do.
A couple of pics for anyone who might be interested.

Congratulations. Very nice car.
Regarding your comment "so not quite as exciting as all you guys taking delivery of your 718s"; dont you believe it. Your car is perhaps not so fast the the in car electronics might not be as up to date, but your car is almost certainly a sweeter drive than any of the current 718s. (I used to have a 981 which was also a sweet drive). Don't "apologise" for your car: it is a very nice machine.

Thanks for the congrats guys. Grin like a Cheshire cat is still glued to my face and I don't see it fading any time soon. I think I have been lucky in finding a car that has a) been looked after and b) has a reasonable set of options without going over the top.
Really looking forward to the ownership experience.

You've got yourself a real beauty there...very nice, the Carrera II S wheels are the finishing touch.
I started a Boxster & Cayman picture thread a while back please post some pictures if you like...lots of nice cars in there it's worth a look.
