Wish I'd taken photos of mine when I had it done. The ex expressly forbade me from posting them on Facebook but I was very very proud of my plumbs.

Consultant told me to wear Lycra shirts for a week to hold everything in.

As for the constipation, that's the drugs and being scared to push! Loads of water and some patience will sort that.

Morphine leads to constipation sadly. I was going through it myself a few days ago, though a different op to yours. I took some dulcolax which helped greatly.

A good friend of mine needs a double hernia op... this just made it slightly more amusing.

Even general anesthetic does. I couldn't st for about 4 days after my last time going under.
