Block Exemption

Hi

I don't want to start another Brexit thread so have posted this question here in the hope people in the trade will have the answer. Will leaving the EU have any affect on Block Exemption in the automotive industry.

Certainly not straight away.

Parliament are passing a bill converting all EU legislation to UK legislation. After leaving individual pieces of legislation can be reviewed/amended/repealed as required. I can't see repealing block exemption as being desirable or a priority, manufacturers may push for a little tweaking however.
