Compound Gin

Been drinking a bit more gin recently and came across a video on YouTube using sous vide to infuse vodka to make compound gin. I was wondering if anyone else (other than sloe) had any success or recipes to share?

That demijohn stuff looks really interesting too, I just don't have the space.

I've made gin by infusing vodka with a mix of juniper and other stuff. Not sure where the SV comes in.
