B8 S4 replacement

So tomorrow my b8 S4 is being sold and I'm looking at what to replace it with, I'm looking to spend approx 23k and I think I will end up going for a B8.5 because the B8 S4 has been a craking motor.

I'm looking for advice on the spec as the current S4 has sat nav 3g low, s-tronic, front and rear parking sensors and heated half leather seats and other standard items.

Am I right in assuming the mmi with the joystick on top is the higher and best spec sat nav that doesn't need a disc to update and uses full postcode?

What are the other options with holding out for? Is B&O much better than standard audio? SuperSport's much better than standard seats?

I notice the drive select and sunroof are pretty rare but I'd like both if possible.

Any other helpful advise would be handy and I'm looking at saloons.

I don't own an S4, but my current car is a B8 A4 Avant, and ive run many Audis over the years. So here is my input:

Must Have:
- Heated Leather
- SatNav
- Bluetooth Connectivity
- Xenon Auto Lights

Makes a real difference:
- Electric Folding Mirrors
- Auto Dim Rear View
- Auto Memory Seats
- Auto Boot
- Keyless Entry & Start / Stop
- Sunroof

As for B&O, my current A4 has this, and my previous A6 had Bose - and I couldn't really notice any significant difference over the standard system in my old A6. I'm sure I'll be shot down for this, but I guess that as most of my stereo use is Radio 2 to and from the office - it is wasted on me!

Thanks I would like full leather with SuperSport's and they come with xenon's and auto dimming mirrors as standard. Has any one gone from a b8 to a b8.5 S4 and how did you find it?

Bluetooth and auto dimming rear view mirrors are standard (although dimming door mirrors were a cost option); auto xenon headlamps are also standard.

I personally would want:

Supersport seats
Heated seats
B&O (very good and appreciable better if you use quality audio sources)
DAB
Nav+ (yes, the one with the little joystick and full postcode, although you're still paying Audi for updates)

...and as a keen driver/Audi nerd:
Drive select
Damping control
Sport differential

Those last 3 items will make a tangible difference to price and future value of the car too.

They are but they do appear; you just need to be ready to jump on them when they come to market.
