Discount on Porsche Models?

Has anyone had experience or dealt with a Lease Company in London that offer a discount on New Porsche models.
Basically the cars are C16 taken from the Belgium production line and then sold to a Lease Company (London) who have offered £10,000 off/ The only catch is that you have to lease the car for 12 months and then register in your own name after that time is up. Is this for real. I don't know if I can say who the company is ?

How is this scheme working...
For example, new car £70K at UK OPC.
This scheme - lease for one year (at £??? per month) then pay £60K outright?
Surely can't be correct.
Also be aware that you could probably import a C16 yourself for about £10K less than list, but you will lose all of that come resell - people will still know its an import.
