So did a Red Wedge make the front cover? and is it Jeffs? or Neils? Or? (not that i care of course )
Yep a red wedge did make the cover Richard and it is Jeff's. Quite a good picture actually. Although I haven't read Sprint properly yet, there it appears to be good coverage of the wedge this month

It's Jeff's 400SE. Excellent articles in Sprint on the Wedges at the moment, including an advert for the BBWF.
Times are changing at the TVRCC, just need to be patient, Rome wasn't built in a day and all that...
Yep Mike indeedydoo,
its the one taken from the right front of the car parked on the circular cobbles (sorry sets)
Several pics of Jeffs beast and also a stunning 430SE in burgundy and the Tasmin 280i Turbo!
I`ve actually found an article about another model in my issue! Should I demand recompense? What is a Sagaris anyway?
Well done to all owners featured and especially to all at Sprint for such coverage
oh almost forgot wedges won the "Picture This" comp too!

Funny though, in the article on Tasmin racer preparation, 140 bhp was given as standard power output from 280i.
Surely that should be 160 bhp (well, in a new motor anyway).
When the Tasmin was launched, TVR repeated Ford's claim of 160 bhp. A few years later Ford back-pedalled and said it was only 150, due to 'different measurement methods' and similar bullpoo. I reckon the 2.8 Crapi was looking a tad slow so they had to say (or admit) it was actually less powerful than the competition.
TVR had to follow suit, of course.
IIRC, when the 2.9 was launched, it was rated at 160 bhp....
