Probably one for mumsnet but will try here first.

I have 15 month old son, about 6 weeks ago we found if we gave him any kind of meds, liquids that were thick he would puke it up before he was fine, at the same time he started waking about 1am - 2am every night (we put him down at 9pm), then for the rest of the night he is restless, wakes and cries till 7am and during that time the only thing that sooth him for an 20mins is sip of milk but he is now getting through 2 x 7oz bottles a night, before this he wouldn't need milk at night for last few months. I am sure its not teething as he has a lot of teeth through so I know its not teething, I cant give him meds as he pukes it up so no rest from it. During the day he seems fine but he is tired from the night and so am I. Anyone else has similar symptoms what was it ?

Sounds normal, growth spurt or back teeth cutting through. No need to feed your kid medication to get them to sleep unless they are really in a lot of pain or feverish. My daughter has never been a great sleeper, just turned four and is finally cracking it. Enjoy biggrin

Ours displays similar symptoms every so often and it's either that he's had more teeth coming through or having a growth spurt, normally last for about a week at a time.
